When starts playing mp3 song, all the system hangs for 1-2 secs

Describe the bug
When starts playing mp3 song, all the system hangs for 1-2 secs. Mouse cursor dissapears, sometimes system says "Deadbeef do not answer, wait or quit?" Gui elements begin to work after 2-3 seconds after sounds begins.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open PL with mp3s, start playing any. I did not try any other formats cause all the music I have, in mp3

Expected behavior
Immediate playing with change of UI (progress bar) and w/o freezes

I know that last time I asked stupid question, but this time it is really important.
On older ubuntu Deadbeef worked perfectly... but now it is hard to use it (

I don't believe deadbeef does anything like that intentionally, but I suggest to try switching between various available audio outputs -- pulse, alsa, pipewire. One of them is the most likely the culprit.

Checked all plugins, pipewire hanged GUI totally while plaing sound, OSS - hangs totally without playing sound, (needed to kill process from another console), pulse freezes window for 20+ seconds and then starts to work.
Could it be some specific of Sound subsystem implementation in Ubuntu 26.04?
What is interesting, when song swiches, focus on Edge for example. I receiving freeaze for 5 secs and Ubuntu says "Edge stopped to answer, wait or quit"? Even not DeadBeef. But the freeze is definitely related to DeaDBeeF.

I have installed ubuntu 26.04, and tested deadbeef 1.10.2 and 1.10.3, both work fine with mp3 files, no hanging occurs.
Unfortunately, without being able to reproduce the issue -- I doubt that I would be of any help.

If this is related to deadbeef -- the only thing I can suggest is to delete / move deadbeef config files (located in ~/.config/deadbeef - delete the whole folder), this would "reset to factory settings". Maybe it would help, maybe not. Remember to backup the files before deleting.

I've tracked the issue down to the MPRIS plugin.

Symptoms:
audio starts immediately
UI freezes for 5-10 seconds when starting playback or switching tracks
CPU usage stays near 0%

Disabling mpris.so eliminates the freezes.
During the freeze, strace shows D-Bus/MPRIS activity (/org/mpris) and threads blocked for about 10 seconds.

Environment:

Ubuntu 26.04
GNOME / Wayland
Intel UHD Graphics
DeaDBeeF 1.10.3 GTK3/2 build

What is that plugin for?

Mpris is for remote control / playback status / multimedia hotkeys etc

Problem was solved by updating mpris.so to:
opt/deadbeef/lib/deadbeef/mpris.so: ELF 64-bit LSB shared object, x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, BuildID[sha1]=88282

With this one works as expected.

Problem was detected on pre-packed mpris.so (included to deb package and linux package of deadbeef-1.10.3 ):

hmm that's interesting. The pre-packed version is expected to be exactly the same. Obviously can't be the same binary hash, but it's built from the same source, with only minor modifications like version numbers and include paths.
