tModLoader 2026.05.3.0 crashes with FileNotFoundException (libsteam_api.so) on Android 14

Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite (SM-T225)
Android: 14
RAL: 2.1.1 Build 4

Terraria launches normally, but tModLoader 2026.05.3.0 crashes after a black screen.

Debug log:

System.IO.FileNotFoundException
Could not find file '/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.app.ralaunch/files/games/tModLoader/libsteam_api.so'

The file actually exists at:
Libraries/steamworks.net.anycpu/2025.162.4/runtimes/linux-x64/native/libsteam_api.so

I also copied libsteam_api.so to the root of the tModLoader folder, but the crash still happens.
