This one is gonna be very slow, but you can totaly store languadge pairs and get pretty quick text to text translation, all nomad has to do is store the binarys and serve them just like any other large media. Idealy I can find a format that supports chunks/archive like search. I havent dug too much into this one but I would like to add it.
