"Slice OK" but "Print Plate" reverts to grey and doesn't allow printing immediately

I am having an issue in Bambu Studio when trying to print a multi color print using both the primary and auxiliary nozzles on the X2D Printer. When slicing in Filament-Saving Mode, Convenience Mode, or Custom Mode (all of which have one filament grouped to the Main Nozzle, and the other filament grouped to the Auxiliary Nozzle) the program slices the plate, gives the "Slice OK" confirmation (no error message appears) and the "Print Plate" button turns green for a fraction of a second before reverting to it's unclickable grey state. The "Slicing Result" window also pops up briefly but disappears almost immediately when the "Print Plate" button greys out. When slicing in Quality Mode this issue does not occur as the slice groups both filaments to the Main Nozzle.

If I am quick enough to click the "Print Plate" button while it is still green, the print does not get sent to the printer but the "Slicing Result" window stays active and functional as well as the slider bar on the right side of the screen that scrolls through the layers/timeline of the print. Twice while experiencing this issue through repeatedly hitting the "Slice Plate" button and repeatedly restarting the program the "Print Plate" button has remained green, seemingly at random, allowing me to successfully send a multi nozzle print to the printer; however, this is not a repeatable result.

How to reproduce

I am experiencing this issue whenever I attempt to slice a multi color print utilizing both the Main and Auxiliary nozzles on my X2D Printer.

Actual results

The program slices the plate, gives the "Slice OK" confirmation then the "Print Plate" button reverts from green back to the unclickable grey state.

Expected results

The "Print Plate" button should remain green, allowing me to click it and send the successfully sliced model to the printer for printing.

@ImmortalCreation Thanks for the report, and for including the project and log files.

The key clue is that it only happens when the two filaments are split across the main and auxiliary nozzles — Quality mode maps both to the main nozzle and works fine. So this is on the dual-nozzle filament-mapping side of the send flow, not the slice itself.

As a workaround for now, mapping both filaments to the main nozzle (as Quality mode does) will let you send successfully.

We've reproduced this on our side and passed it to the responsible engineer to look into the dual-nozzle case.
