Two things:

1. Added a new issue to cover some changes we'll need to make in v7.0
   • Port upstream AssemblyStore reader changes: v4/CoreCLR format, _assembly_store symbol, index-entry sizing (next major) #5454
2. Changed our watcher to monitor the source's new location in
   • ci: repoint watch-upstream to relocated AssemblyStore reader #5453

So the first is a follow up issue (to be completed later). The second can be considered to close this issue.
