Per Apr 16 meeting:
- When using "Customize Excel Template", a.k.a. "Template Wizard"...
- when the used template has "file pointer" fields (e.g., "Spectrum file" in "Raw data" in draft "Raman spectra" from 2026-04-16)...
- investigate and experimentally implement upload functionality...
- where we currently have a text field for the file name, instead provide a file upload storing the file as Base64.
This should be a new branch primarily for initial evaluation for now—we may not merge it at all.
