Gameguard error e0190304 and Xigncode error 0xe0191009

I'm getting the following two errors:

gameguard error: e0190304
xigncode error: 0xe0191009

I've tried downloading the files talked about on this forum:

but when I rerun sb.py, I get this error in terminal:

Any ideas?
