Ticket Linked models includes models not linked to ticket

All models can be linked to a ticket. This allows for tracking what tickets are related to what model.

Details

Currently when viewing any ticket, models that are not linked to the ticket in question are displayed when they must be filtered out.

Of note, tests should have picked this up. figure out why.

Additionally, all ticketing models are behind a feature-flag and not yet released into the wild. So this bugs effect should only limited to dev.
