In the Posit tidyverse training, babynames data is used. This contains number & proportion of babies with specific names in the years 1880-2017. The data is used in the training to show the trend of babies named "Garrett" across years, and split by sex.

We are suggesting replacing babynames by ADAE data. So we would count the number of AEs by e.g. body system, severity and then look at how this varies by treatment or other covariates.

So the aim is not to DERIVE AEs, but to use ADAE to illustrate tidyverse filtering, summarising, plotting to answer the kinds of questions that we typically see when working with clinical data.
