Renovate stuck after job failed with OOM 5 days ago

We have a repo where it looks like renovate is stuck on, after a job went OOM trying to refresh the hashicorp/aws provider and now there's a scheduled job stuck in pending and renovate doesn't act on any changes to the dependency dashboard or any in-PR checkboxes.

This only happens for this one repo (so far), I have updated our renovate config with skipArtifactsUpdate: true for terraform providers to avoid it again in the future

I've attached the last couple of log lines from the job that OOM'ed - here's a screenshot of the jobs in the UI
