Request: Docker tag for LTS releases

The normal Roundcube downloads mention an LTS release, currently 1.6.17. While this version is available for Docker, there is no LTS tag to reliably pull in the latest LTS.

Can such a tag be maintained on hub.docker.com?

Yes, we could do that. For me it would probably take a while to do it myself, though. If someone else want to give it a try, please go ahead:
