Calculating phase angles and other trajectory information #2

Description

@markjfisher

I've just come across this utils library for Kos and I've been using some of the socket functionality to send data to an external application (mostly ncat) so I don't need to have my console open with very small fonts when outputting lots of text.

I was looking at the orbit functions and was wondering if they can be used to work out phase angles between bodies at any given point in time?

It might be they aren't calculable from the functions exposed. If so, would it be possible to extend your library to expose this?

Additionally, exposing transfer angles, and time to transfer would be very useful. I see them in KER, but non of that data is exposed to KoS, and it feels like they would sit nicely in this library.

While here, I also noticed that the two functions TrueAnomalyAtEqAN and TrueAnomalyAtEqDN are not documented in the README.
