What

Tightens the support caveat in CONTRIBUTING.md. The best-effort / no-SLA note is condensed into a single paragraph, and the repeated reassurances are removed so the guide reads as confident rather than apologetic about the lack of a dedicated team.

The caveat itself is unchanged in substance — best-effort, no SLA, PRs are the fastest path, account team for SLA-backed support. It's just no longer the emotional center of the doc.

Notes

Docs-only change. No code, tests, or behavior affected.
