Restores sorting products by their position within a taxon on the category listing page. This was the default sort
until it was dropped during the query-builder refactor in #245 (OP-225), when ShopProductsSortDataHandler was decoupled from the taxon context to be shared with site-wide search. The ProductTaxonPositionPropertyBuilder kept indexing the position, but nothing consumed it anymore.
