Update btcd to v0.25.0 and the related btcec, btcutil, PSBT, and chainhash modules to their latest compatible versions. btcd v0.26.x cannot be selected while PSBT still uses the legacy unversioned wire and txscript packages. Adapt SignCompact call sites to the btcec v2.5.0 API.
