Recommendations:
Make dropbox_home into repo_home. I would also make it Modeling_Data without the trailing slash but that is micromanaging
Is dcc@tmp free for how you are using it? Is it part of Nicky's apparatus?
The inspection section doesn't do anything if the output isn't sharded. Not sure why it is so pervasive in the early recipes. It is useful in the large scale download when the files are year-sharded and they get looked at for changes randomly rather than exhaustively.
If you leave the dropbox result in place we can look at that.
