Root hygiene:
pytest.ini→[tool.pytest.ini_options]and.coveragerc→[tool.coverage.run]/[tool.coverage.report]in pyproject.toml (verified identical behavior: 637 passed, 83.19% coverage, markers active). Removes the.jules/bot-notes directory and the now-staleinclude pytest.iniMANIFEST line — sdists still ship the full test config via pyproject.toml. All gates green locally.
