The rich log handler's
file.py:lineright column is developer detail — now shown only in--verbose(RichHandlershow_path=verbose). Normal output is cleaner; debugging keeps the origins. Demo GIF re-recorded with the cleaner output. Gates: ruff/format/mypy clean, 637 tests @ 83.15%.
