Major Changes

Many of Ch1ckensCoop's changes were added, including carnage mode and alien culling.
func_door, func_button, and func_door_rotating were made usable, that is, able to be controlled by the use key.
asw_camera_control was implemented, allowing more flexibility in map design, removing the restriction that maps have to move north all the way from start to end.
The FGD was cleaned up, removing several non-usable entities from Hammer's selection box.
structure_seal now works as expected in TileGen, allowing water to be added to TileGen maps.
