… spawn properly

An id of 0 is now illegal and throws a runtime exception; negative ints are used to avoid eventual collisions with real entities.

@Sonorya issue should be fixed, I tried ESP Shader mode locally and it works.

  • Armour Hud Element is detached from placement box (affects Combat Hud too)
  • Ambience Module renders clouds when End Sky setting is selected Solved in a40415e
  • Light Overlay module only renders lines when looking through a block or entity when the See through blocks setting is off

Add CloudRendererMixin to cancel cloud rendering when Ambience.endSky is active,
as cloud rendering is now decoupled from skybox type.
Leftover caused by wrong method call.
It seems now we don't need to call into anything.
