feat: rome 2 rio logo + dark mode styling

Summary:

Added the rome2rio logo in the feature tracker
Adjusted color for community feeds group icon in dark mode

Expected behavior:

In gtfs feature tracker, you should see rome2rio logo
In dark mode, community feeds, the icon should have a better contrast

Testing tips:

Go to gtfs feature tracker and see rome2rio logo
In dark mode, search "romania" and see the better contrast of the community logo

For the next addition of a feature tracker consumer, we will need to update the styling of the table to have a better high level overview
