Summary

  • add a top-level LICENSE file using the same Zero-Clause BSD text as qortium-home
  • make the existing first-party licensing explicit

Validation

  • license text matches qortium-home/LICENSE byte-for-byte
  • documentation-only change; built QDN assets are unchanged
