Reviewed final head 1283a559d866c13025ee7d43d68134d43e75041f after updating the branch with current main.

Findings:

  • No blocking correctness, compatibility, privacy, licensing, or security issues.
  • The action is pinned to the exact official signed actions/setup-python v7.0.0 commit.
  • Workflow permissions remain least-privilege contents: read; the GitHub-hosted runner version exceeds the Node 24 minimum.
  • The existing python-version matrix and cache: pip inputs remain supported. V7 adds manifest validation/retry, annotation handling fixes, ESM migration, and updated action dependencies.
  • No source, public API, live-account behavior, secrets, customer data, or package runtime dependencies changed.

Validation:

  • python -m pip install -e ".[dev]"
  • python -m ruff check .
  • python -m ruff format --check .
  • python -m pytest -q — 1294 passed, 2 skipped
  • python -m build — sdist and wheel succeeded
  • GitHub CI: Python 3.10–3.14 all green on the exact final head

No remaining risks or blockers found. Recommended next action: squash-merge.
