Overview

Add PaymentCompletionMetadata entity

Before

There is no way to store metadata entered on a form that might be needed when completing a contribution (if that happens async). Examples include

• Text to insert into the receipt
• Whether or not to send a receipt -
• Whether to amend membership dates either by setting a renewal_date (MembershipRenewal form) or specifying the dates (BatchEntry form)

After

This adds a table we have discussed to store this data against the contribution and potentially specific line item.
