published-namespaces.txt and PublicApi.*.txt are unchanged — the bumped packages introduce no new namespaces or public API surface (verified by building the affected projects and diffing namespaces against the current file).

Held back: LiteRT

update-config proposed Xamarin.Google.AI.Edge.LiteRT and .LiteRT.API → 2.1.6, but these were reverted to 2.1.5 / 1.4.2. litert:2.1.6 requires litert-api:2.1.6, while the litert-gpu/litert-support family (only published at 1.4.2) pins litert-api to exactly [1.4.2]. Bumping litert-api yields an unsatisfiable graph and fails binderate dependency verification. This can be revisited once Google publishes matching gpu/support artifacts.
