Thanks for your pull request. Unfortunately, these files are in the wrong location.

Since this is a mobile-only keyboard it needs to go into the experimental folder. If you want it to go in release it needs to also include a desktop layout.

So, it should go in: keyboards/experimental/l/lingvo_internacia

I haven't actually looked at the keyboard. These things need fixing first.
