Description
Closing the Feedback dialog previously left keyboard focus on the document body, forcing keyboard and assistive-technology users to restart navigation. This change registers the persistent Feedback navigation button as Fluent UI's focus-restoration target so focus returns to the invoking control whenever the dialog closes.
