  • Upgrade to libzim 9.8.1
  • Upgrade all Python dependencies
  • Drop support for Python 3.13t which has been dropped by many packages because it is not recommended anymore (it was experimental) ; this move is also kinda made mandatory by the fact that coverage does not provide 3.13t support anymore so we miss the wheel which is a pain
