What this PR does:

Adds the contexts directory to the directory structure diagram in web/README.md. The web/src/contexts directory (shared React contexts such as auth, command, toast, and the query client provider) exists in the source tree but was missing from the diagram, which lists every other directory under web/src.

Why we need it:

The README's directory structure is the first thing contributors read to understand the web app layout, so it should match the actual web/src contents.
