What this PR does:
Adds the
contextsdirectory to the directory structure diagram inweb/README.md. Theweb/src/contextsdirectory (shared React contexts such as auth, command, toast, and the query client provider) exists in the source tree but was missing from the diagram, which lists every other directory underweb/src.Why we need it:
The README's directory structure is the first thing contributors read to understand the web app layout, so it should match the actual
