DialCluster

Multi-site dialysis operations management — chair scheduling, machine maintenance, and water treatment compliance in one dashboard

DialCluster is an early-stage prototype for operators running networks of dialysis centers. The concept: replace the spreadsheets and siloed tools that currently coordinate patient chair schedules, machine maintenance windows, and regulatory compliance logs with a single, network-aware interface built around the real constraints of dialysis care.

Features

  • Multi-site chair scheduling — manage patient appointments and chair availability across all centers from one view
  • Machine maintenance windows — track planned and unplanned downtime so patients are never scheduled to a broken or unavailable machine
  • Water treatment compliance logging — record and review AAMI water purity readings, with alerts when values drift outside safe bands
  • Nurse-to-patient ratio enforcement — applies per-state staffing rules in real time before shifts are finalized
  • Machine uptime SLA tracking — surface which machines are underperforming across the network before it becomes a patient safety issue

Integrations

None yet.

Architecture

This is a prototype-stage single-page application backed by a lightweight server. The dashboard, scheduling logic, and compliance alert rules are co-located in a single codebase with no external services wired up. Data is not yet persisted to a production-grade store.

Status

🧪 Early prototype / concept. Not production-ready.
