Wisqi

Wisqi (pronounced like 'whisky') or WIndows SQuibby Installer, is squibby's light fork of Wubi. (Wubi is Windows Ubuntu installer). The reason is that there doesn't seem to be an easy way to work with wubi for our distribution without forking it.
