Could you please take a look at this PR and let me know what you think?

Should we dedicate a separate notebook for normalization? I don't know... I think the section is small and it might be ok to include it in the https://github.com/stumpy-dev/sliding_dot_product/blob/main/docs/Tutorial_FFT_Based_SDP.ipynb.
