PopMaBoSS

This is a tiny repo containing PopMaBoSS jupyter notebooks for the publication.

Use with binder

To run this notebook using the built docker image, run :

docker run -p 8888:8888 -d sysbiocurie/popmaboss

To build the conda environment :

conda create -n popmaboss -c colomoto maboss notebook seaborn

To activate it :

conda activate popmaboss

Then, install the beta version of pyMaBOSS

pip install git+https://github.com/vincent-noel/pyMaBoSS

Finally, to run the notebook:

jupyter notebook
