Replace bare "L1/L2" and "Mint Manager" concept framing with "onchain subnames on Ethereum or L2 chains" and "owner-held subnames" across the developer guide, overview, getting-started, and user-guide prose. Mint Manager survives only as the SDK/ product name; API methods (isL1SubnameAvailable, isL2SubnameAvailable, createMintClient), the @thenamespace/mint-manager package, and the mint-l1-l2-subnames URL slug are untouched. App UI labels (L1/L2 ENS Subnames) are preserved. Also restructures docs.json navigation, expands the Resolvio API card set, and adjusts the offchain subnames guide.
