This PR migrates the remaining pieces to use unified checksum options.
parallel_upload.hnow passesUploadChecksumValidationOptionthrough to its internal shards.client.hare updated to point to the new options instead ofDisableMD5Hash.benchmarks/throughput_experiment.ccnow uses the new options.
