Envabstraction for typed environment variable access withgetString,getNumber, andgetBooleanfamilies (each with bare, default, and OrThrow variants). Node implementation (ProcessEnvFeature) reads fromprocess.env; browser implementation (BrowserEnvFeature) accepts an injected variables object.
